The Dagala Trek is a 13-day adventure combining Bhutan’s rich culture with stunning Himalayan landscapes. Starting in Paro and Thimphu, the journey explores historic sites before trekking through alpine forests, yak herder camps, and high-altitude lakes. Trekkers cross scenic passes with views of Jomolhari, Everest, and Kanchenjunga, encountering wildlife, blue poppies, and medicinal plants. Highlights include a Jomo Peak (5,050m) hike and serene camping near sacred lakes. The trek ends at Talekha Monastery, returning to Thimphu and Paro for a final cultural experience. Ideal for adventure seekers, it requires good fitness and acclimatization.
