Begin your journey by traveling from Bagdogra to Phuentsholing, after check-in in hotel we move towards Samtse way where you can explore for the Black-kite, Common Green Magpie, Green Pigeon, Parakeets, Green Cochoa, Flyctahers, Oriole, Sunbirds, scimitar Babblers, Shrik babbler, Barbets and Green-billed Malkoha.

Passing through subtropical forests, keep an eye out for the White-bellied Heron which is critical endangered Species and other like Rufous Woodpecker, Ashy and White-throated Bulbul, Long-tailed Broadbill, Yuhinas, Lesser and Greater Yellownape, and Little pied Flycatcher.

The lowland tropical forests around Gelephu are home to the striking Blue-bearded Bee-eater, Greater Flameback, Black Drongo, Long-billed and Rufous-throated Wren-Babbler, and Red-headed Trogon, and the rare Golden Langur.

As you travel towards Tingtibi, look for the Beautiful Nuthatch, Wreathed and Rufous-necked Hornbill, Silver-eared Mesia, Coral-billed Scimitar Babbler, Chestnut-bellied Nuthatch, Greater Flameback, Spotted Elachura, Starling, Chestnut-headed Bee-eater, Crimson Sunbird, and Silver-breasted Broadbill.

While retracing your route, continue birding along the way and look out for Gray-throated Babbler, Large Hawk Cuckoo, Blue Rock Thush, Small Niltava, barbets, drongos, and Chestnut-winged Cuckoo in the forests.

Traveling to Bumthang, you may encounter the Black-faced Warbler, Chestnut-headed Tesia, Black-throated Sunbird, Fire-capped Tit, and the Spotted Nutcracker.

This leg of the journey takes you through prime birding territory, where you can find the Beautiful Sibia, Golden-breasted Fulvetta, Stripe-throated Yuhina, Black-eared Shrike babbler, and Ward’s Trogon.

Yongkala is known for its incredible biodiversity, with species like the Rufous-throated Partridge, Pygmy Flycatcher, Slender-billed Scimitar Babbler, and various wren-babblers.

Spend another morning birding in Yongkala before heading to Mongar, where you might spot the Long-tailed Minivet and the Lesser Racket-tailed Drongo.

As you climb to higher elevations, look for the Fire-tailed Sunbird, Hoary-throated Barwing, and various thrush species

A full day in Kharungla offers a chance to see the Brown-throated Fulvetta, Yellow-rumped Honeyguide, Hoary-throated Barwing, and White-winged Grosbeak.

Spending a day in Bangtar provides sightings of the Pin-tailed Green Pigeon, Scarlet Minivet, and the striking Green Cochoa.
