This 16-day Majestic Bird Photo Tour takes you through Bhutan’s diverse landscapes, from subtropical forests to high-altitude valleys, offering incredible birdwatching and photography opportunities. Starting in Paro and Jigmechu, we explore rich lowland habitats before moving through Thimphu, Punakha, Tsirang, and Gelephu, spotting rare species like the Rufous-necked Hornbill, White-bellied Heron, and Beautiful Nuthatch. As we ascend through Tingtibe, Panbang, and Yongkala, we capture vibrant avifauna, including the Himalayan Monal, Hodgson’s Frogmouth, and Rufous-throated Wren Babbler. The journey continues to Bumthang and Phobjikha, home to the majestic Black-necked Crane, before returning to Paro for a scenic hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery.
